Doing okay

Riv is doing okay.  Still lame, but bright and happy.  He's getting a little sick of stall rest.. the other day I was redoing his wraps and he grabbed the door of his stall and was pushing it out and letting it bang.  He also enjoys nibbling my head, which I probably shouldn't allow but I think it's cute..

I made pillow wraps!

They're a little too poofy...  1/2" foam + cotton batting = very hard to wrap over!  Lesson learned for next time..

And that's all there is to say for now.

  3. I've used just plain quilt batting before, when doing temporary standing wraps. But I never thought about making my own pillow wraps! I might have to steal your idea. Isn't the thought that if you have them, you won't need them? (Unless you make them because you already need them, I guess.)

    1. Definitely do it, it's really easy! I was actually thinking that I'd buy all the stuff, get them made, and he'd be all better, lol. Unfortunately, it didn't work... I'm planning on making some more, so I'll do a photo guide.

    1. Yay! They don't take long at all to make... I think getting the foam cut to the right size is the most time consuming part! I'll make a photo guide with my next set :).
